Monthly Subscription (Package 2)

Description

Terms of Use for Subscription Packages:

1. Clients have to sign up for 12 months to qualify for the discount.
2. Eyelash extensions can be exchanged  for a facial and vice versa in package 2 and 3.
3. All treatments included in a single package must be scheduled on the same day.
4. All treatments included in a package will expire after 30 days of its current/renewal cycle.
5. An immediate debit transaction will reflect on the day of sign up for the subscription and the client has 30 days from date of successful subscription activation to schedule an appointment.
6. A successful debit transaction will be deemed as a completed subscription activation. Should a debit transaction be declined, Urban Beauty Academy reserves the right to attempt another debit transaction every 24 hours until the transaction is debited successfully.
7. Should a debit fail, and all additional attempts to debit the client’s allocated account fail, Urban Beauty Academy reserves the right to cease additional attempts, and until a new payment arrangement is made with Urban Beauty Academy, the subscription may be cancelled and the redemption of any features or benefits included therein shall be forfeit.
8. In the event that a client cannot make use of her package for the month she can pass it to a friend.
9. All subscription clients will qualify to receive preferential treatment with regards to bookings.
10. Urban Beauty Academy reserves the right to, at its discretion, terminate any subscription package and thereby withhold the redemption of any features and/or benefits included in the package from the client – provided that, at the discretion of Urban Beauty Academy, there is reasonable cause to do so.
