Spa etiquette
What if I’m late for my appointment?
In case of late arrivals, treatment duration will be reduced accordingly, unless accommodation can be made within the spa schedule.
No shows and cancellation policy
No shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. 20 % cancellation fee will be charged to your next visit 8hrs before your actual booking.
Group bookings
We require a 50% non –refundable deposit for all group bookings and a 24-48hr advance notice is required for cancellation for groups of 4 or more.
Allergies/illness
Please be sure to inform your therapist of any known allergies or current illnesses that may affect your treatment.
